What's the best way of marketing a direct mobile phone to web picture upload service?

The service (phoneshare.co.uk) allows you to upload pictures direct to the web. Users send the photo as an MMS to 88900, and are sent an SMS with the location of the photo.

What do you think the target audience for this service is? How would you market it?
